1. Processing Time

• All orders are custom-made.
• Production typically takes 2-3 business days after payment and confirmation of your design.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Area

• At present, Memora Designs ships only within Switzerland.
• We plan to expand to the European Union (EU) in the near future. Updates will be announced on our website.

3. Shipping Rates & Methods

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
• We ship with Swiss Post.
• Available options (e.g., standard or tracked) will be displayed at checkout.

 

4. Delivery Times

• Estimated delivery within Switzerland: 3-5 business days after production.
• Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or other factors beyond our control.

 

5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

• If you select tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
• Memora Designs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control.
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days so we can arrange a replacement or assist with a claim.

 

6. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

• Customers are responsible for entering a correct delivery address.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
