1. No Returns for Customized Goods
All of our products are custom-made and personalized according to your specifications.
For this reason, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order has been confirmed and produced. This policy is in line with:
- EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(c) – which excludes the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Swiss consumer law – which does not provide a general right of return for customized products.
2. Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase. Since all goods are produced based on the details you provide (such as size, design, personalization, or other custom requests), we cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in your original order.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at info@memora-designs.com
- In such cases, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
- Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required.
4. Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.
- Once customization or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
